Hi, I’m Justine
I’m a PCC-certified mentor coach focused on helping ACC coaches renew with clarity, competency-level feedback, and a structure you can actually follow.
Based in Victoria, BC • Working worldwide• (English-speaking)

My Background
• Certified Coach since 2018
• PCC Certified (ICF)
• PCC Marker Training Certified
• Trained in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead curriculum
• Mentor Coach at the Hornick School of Coaching
I’ve spent years coaching and mentoring coaches — and mentor coaching is not something I do on the side. It’s my core focus.
What working together looks like:
I run mentorship with structure — because structure creates calm.
In the 10-hour package, we work together over a minimum of 4 months with a clear rhythm:
a 90-minute kickoff (including a recording review so we can assess where you’re at right away)
consistent 45-minute sessions (typically every other week)
one full recording per month, uploaded to your private Google Drive folder
I review your recording ahead of time — and then we work through the feedback live inside our next session. You’ll leave with 1–3 practice points you can apply immediately, and we track what’s improving month to month.
Supportive, direct, and specific — without overwhelm.
How I mentor (and why it works)
Mentor coaching shouldn’t feel vague.
When I support ACC renewals, I’m focused on what can actually be heard in your coaching — observable behaviors, not assumptions. I’m not evaluating whether your client seems happy or whether the conversation “felt good.” I’m listening for what demonstrates competency-level coaching.
I’m also listening for minimum PCC-level skill, not perfection. The goal isn’t to make you sound scripted — it’s to help you coach in a way that’s clear, client-led, and aligned with ICF expectations. You’ve got your own unique gifts as a coach - and I’m here to help those gifts shine.
A huge part of this is your mindset. Your thoughts about YOU as a coach. This is one of my favorite areas to dive into after we’ve done marker work with your recordings.
When I’m not coaching….
You’ll usually find me outside at home in Victoria, BC with my husband and our two daughters—hands in the dirt on our half acre, growing the flowers I get to sell and share locally.
That love of blooms also lives online through Del Monte Flowers, which has grown into a wildly fun community of flower lovers (turns out we all speak the same language when the common denominator is beautiful flowers). I especially love helping brides with their flowers…and do several weddings a year as a wedding florist (so fun!).
I’m genuinely obsessed with business—building, shaping, and making it sustainable. Alongside Del Monte Flowers, I run a private coaching practice where I support female entrepreneurs who are ready to move past perfectionism and lead (and create) with way more clarity, confidence, and momentum.
A quick note about transparency:
I keep my pricing public on purpose.
I hate the pressure of booking a call just to hear a number — and then feeling awkward if it’s not realistic. I want you to be able to decide based on fit, timing, and whether it’s the right investment for your business — without urgency or pressure.
Integrity matters to me, and that starts right up front.
If this feels aligned, I’d love to mentor you.
