This is for ICF ACC coaches renewing their credential who want structured, competency-led mentor coaching with clear feedback and a plan they can actually follow.

Yes. I’m based in Victoria, BC, and I work with English-speaking coaches worldwide on Zoom.

I’ve had clients all over the US, in England, Israel, Brazil and Germany.

The 10-hour package is structured over 4 months and includes:

• 1 × 90-minute kickoff (includes your first recording review + mentorship plan)

• 12 × 45-minute sessions (typically every other week)

• One full session recording per month, submitted to your private Google Drive folder, reviewed ahead of time, and coached through live inside your next session

Because structure matters — and spacing creates real skill growth. The 4-month rhythm gives you time to practice between sessions, apply feedback in real client work, and build confident consistency instead of rushing.

Each month you’ll upload one full client-session recording to a private Google Drive folder. I review it ahead of time, and we work through the feedback together inside your next mentorship session — strengths, growth edges, competency alignment, and 1–3 clear practice points.

I review the recording ahead of time and we coach through the feedback live in-session so you can ask questions and integrate it immediately. You’ll also receive written takeaways after our call so you know exactly what to practice next.

Totally normal. And it’s also the fastest way to grow. Recordings let us work with what actually happened in your coaching — not hypotheticals — and that’s where mentorship becomes specific, practical, and confidence-building.

Apply anyway. If you’re approved, I’ll recommend the cleanest option based on your timeline and where you’re at.

Because I don’t want you booking a call just to get basic information. The application helps me confirm fit quickly. If I need clarity after reading your application, I’ll invite you to a short call then.

Yes — on purpose. I hate the pressure of not knowing the price and having to get on a call just to hear it. I want you to be able to decide with clarity and integrity before you apply.

10-hour package: $2,450 USD paid in full, or 4 payments of $625 USD (total $2,500).
3-hour package: $700 USD paid in full, or 2 payments of $375 USD (total $750).
Installments are slightly higher to account for added processing/admin costs (Stripe fees apply to each payment and USD is converted to CAD for payout).

I’ll email you with any questions/clarification I have. If we both feel good about moving forward I’ll send you next steps with payment options and scheduling. Once payment is complete, you’ll get your scheduling link and the details for your private Google Drive folder for recordings.

Usually, yes — it depends on current capacity. The application is the best way to get a clear answer quickly.

If I don’t believe I’m the right mentor coach for what you’re looking for, I’ll tell you honestly. (That’s part of integrity too.) I know some great coaches I can recommend who might be a better option for you.

If we start working together, and you no longer wish to continue, I will refund any unused sessions. It’s important to me that you find our time together helpful, impactful and worthwhile.

I’ve been offering this option since I started coaching in 2017 - but I haven’t had anyone quit mid-session yet :)
