Forgiveness

This unit will each you a letting go process that is incredibly healing. It’s called Compassionate Self-Forgiveness, and it will help you release limiting beliefs with ease and grace. 

The word forgiveness has “give” right in it - so I like to think about forgiveness in a way that you are giving yourself space, understanding, compassion, and you’re also giving those limiting thoughts back to the universe where they can be absorbed and transformed and used in service.

  • How to learn from past mistakes

  • How to let go of limiting beliefs
