Goal Setting

So many of the clients I work with come to coaching reluctant to commit to goals because they don’t want to experience disappointment.

But something you’ll learn through life coaching is how to experience any feeling (including disappointment, regret, discomfort, embarrassment) - and be okay. 

In this unit I’ll walk you through the mindset I use to set my own goals, which was created by my mentor Brooke Castillo.
