Find the simple root of your people pleasing so you can break those habits once and for all.

Homework for this module: Identify your unique root

  • What do you think could happen if you stop people pleasing? How would you FEEL if that happened?

  • Why would you feel that way?

  • How does that thought make you feel?

 

Module 2

In this module you’ll learn how to unlock + understand your inner critic in a way that gets you the info you need. Watch the Module 2 video here, then answer the below homework questions:

Homework for this module:

  • What do you have to say about me?

  • What are you protecting me from? How long have you been protecting me in this way? and why?

  • What role would you be playing in my life if you didn't feel the need to exhaust us both with all of this constant fear and criticism?

  • Is there anything else that you want me to know?

 

Module 3

This module walks you through how to create emotional balance, what indulgent emotions are and how to use your feelings to help you break through people pleasing.

Watch the module 3 video here, then answer the questions below:

Homework questions:

  • What 5 positive emotions do you want to intentionally feel on a regular basis?

  • What 5 negative emotions do you want to intentionally feel on a regular basis?

  • Which indulgent emotion do you experience the most?

  • When you find yourself feeling that way, what’s happening in your life? Describe the situations.

  • What themes or patterns do you see?

  • What do you think you’re avoiding by indulging in that emotion?

  • If you stopped indulging in that emotion, what do you think would happen?

  • What’s an experiment you could try to move through that indulgent emotion and free yourself from the people pleasing it causes?
