This module walks you through how to create emotional balance, what indulgent emotions are and how to use your feelings to help you break through people pleasing.

What 5 positive emotions do you want to intentionally feel on a regular basis?
What 5 negative emotions do you want to intentionally feel on a regular basis?
Which indulgent emotion do you experience the most?
When you find yourself feeling that way, what’s happening in your life? Describe the situations.
What themes or patterns do you see?
What do you think you’re avoiding by indulging in that emotion?
If you stopped indulging in that emotion, what do you think would happen?
What’s an experiment you could try to move through that indulgent emotion and free yourself from the people pleasing it causes?
